GreenChoice Property looks after residential rentals across Brisbane and South East Queensland. We are built around one decision: hold fewer properties, and look after each of them properly.
Why we exist
Most agencies grow by adding doors.
It is the standard model. Win another management, add it to the rent roll, and give it to whoever has capacity — which, by then, is nobody. The property manager holding four hundred properties is not lazy. They are simply unable to get to yours this week.
We started GreenChoice to run the other way. Each manager here holds a limited number of properties, and we would rather turn work down than quietly stretch that. It costs us growth. It buys you a manager who knows your address without looking it up.
For tenants, the same decision shows up differently: a shorter list of homes, inspections held at the time they were advertised, and urgent repairs tracked against Queensland’s 24-hour obligation rather than a queue.
What we stand for
Four rules, and we hold ourselves to them.
- Answer the phone
- The complaint every owner and every tenant makes about agencies is the same one. It is not a hard problem — it is a workload problem, so we solved it by capping the workload.
- Say the number
- A rent we can defend, a bond that matches the law, a repair quote before the work. If we do not know yet, we say that instead of rounding it off.
- Write it down
- Entry condition reports photographed room by room. Inspections reported the same week. The record that settles a bond dispute is made before anyone moves in, not after.
- Tell you early
- Rent is reconciled daily. If it is late, you hear about it that day, while it is still a conversation rather than a notice to remedy.

The name
“Green” means the good choice.
People ask, so here is the straight answer. GreenChoice is not an environmental claim. We do not certify homes, we do not rate them for energy, and we are not going to imply otherwise on a signboard.
The name is about judgement. Renting a home, or handing over an investment, is a decision made with incomplete information — and the agency in the middle either helps you make it well or gets in the way. Our mark is a gum leaf whose midrib resolves into a tick: a property that has been looked at properly, and chosen.
If a particular property does have solar, insulation or a rating we can produce the paperwork for, we will say so and show you the document. Otherwise we will not say it at all.

A tight radius, on purpose.
Brisbane and South East Queensland. Close enough that a manager can be at an inspection, a handover or an urgent repair the same day — which is the whole point of keeping the patch small.
